Refund policy
At Krafted & Printed, every order is crafted with care.
Greeting Cards:
We accept returns on unused, unopened greeting cards within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us prior to sending any return.
Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our custom paper goods, all custom sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Proof Approval
For custom designs, digital proofs will be sent via email before production. It is the client's responsibility to review and approve the proof. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and Krafted & Printed is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved version.
Color Accuracy
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print production. We make every effort to ensure consistency and quality in all finished pieces.
